KINSHIP digital partners with the Department of Jobs, Precincts, and Regions

New release – Melbourne, Australia, 8 April 2022 – Australian digital agency KINSHIP digital has partnered with the Victorian Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions to deliver the rollout and support the adoption of Sprinklr, the Unified-CXM platform for unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM). The firm will be supporting the department to improve their content publishing, reporting, social listening, and community management processes.

The new agreement expands upon KINSHIP digital’s partnership with the Australian Government, complementing agreements with the Environment Protection Authority, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the Department of Defence, and CSIRO.

KINSHIP digital is an approved supplier for the Melbourne Government through BuyForVictoria. KINSHIP digital is also an approved supplier through several other Government schemes including the Digital Marketplace, NSW ICT Services Scheme and the WA common use Arrangement for ICT services 2021.

“We are excited to support DJPR through their digital transformation initiatives, aiding them to understand digital citizens in order to better connect and communicate online”, said Caitlin Green, Chief Executive Officer at KINSHIP digital.

“The way the world communicates changed as digital citizens embraced dozens of modern channels like social, messaging, chat, and text. New channels bring new expectations, with demands for timely, personalized, and consistent experiences,” said Sprinklr Senior Vice President of Global Alliances Doug Balut. “We are thrilled to support our partners at KINSHIP in their work with DJPR to build a better citizen experience.”
