KINSHIP digital secures two-year contract with Department of Defence
NEWS RELEASE – Sydney, Australia, 5 July 2021 – Australian digital agency KINSHIP digital has secured a two-year contract with Department of Defence to deliver the rollout and support the adoption of Sprinklr, the Unified-CXM platform. The firm will be supporting the Department to improve their content publishing, reporting, social listening, and community management processes.
The new agreement expands upon KINSHIP digital’s partnership with the Australian Federal Government, complimenting agreements with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Veterans’ Affairs and CSIRO.
KINSHIP digital is an approved supplier for the Australian Federal Government through the DTA Digital Marketplace. KINSHIP digital is also an approved supplier through several other Government schemes including the NSW ICT Services Scheme and the WA Common Use Arrangement for ICT Services 2021.
