KINSHIP digital is exhibiting at the Technology in Government event on 11-12 May

KINSHIP digital is excited to announce its participation in the Technology in Government 2022 (TIG) event at the National Convention Centre, Canberra on the 11th and 12th May. KINSHIP will be exhibiting with its partner Sprinklr, the Unified-CXM platform for unified customer experience management.

Tech in Gov is Australia’s most comprehensive cross-sector event for government, IT, and executive level professionals. The event is designed to close the knowledge-gap by allowing federal, state and local government departments and agencies to collaborate with business and share knowledge and foster innovation. For the first time in years, Tech in Gov will bring together more than 2,000 attendees, 100 speakers, 80 exhibitors, and 10 central themes.

As a digital agency that believes every government agency at all levels has the potential to become a true digital-first entity, KINSHIP’s mission is to empower these agencies on the journey towards digital maturity, enabling them to realise the citizen benefits associated with a social and collaborative entity.

Introducing Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM tool

Utilising Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM, this tool enables government agencies to listen to the universe of open-source data, understand intent using advanced language processing, text analytics and AI, and get actionable insights to empower the department. This allows them to take action across communications, customer service, and policy development, leading to citizen-centric government agencies. The Unified-CXM has played a key role in enabling tracing, tracking, communication, and quarantining to combat the spread and impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.
