KINSHIP digital partners with Transport for New South Wales

 

NEWS RELEASE – Sydney, Australia, 2 May 2022 – Australian digital agency KINSHIP digital has partnered with Transport for NSW to deliver and support the ongoing adoption of Sprinklr, the Unified-CXM platform.

The firm will be leveraging their vast experience in Australian and New Zealand government to deliver effective outcomes for Transport for NSW. This will support the department in improving their social listening, customer care, crisis management and content management processes. KINSHIP digital will also support Transport for NSW in deploying Sprinklr alongside the department’s existing technology infrastructure such as Salesforce Service Cloud.

The new agreement expands on KINSHIP digital’s significant partnership, experience, and investment in the Australian Government, including agreements with the Environment Protection Authority, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, the Department of Defence, and CSIRO.

KINSHIP digital is an approved supplier for the NSW Government through the NSW ICT Services Scheme. KINSHIP digital is also an approved supplier through several other Government schemes including the Digital Marketplace, BuyVictoria and the WA CUA for ICT Services.
