Learning To Grow

You make your first steps with family support, play your first sports with friends in tow and do your first sums with a teacher’s help. Growth and learning, needs a great network of backing to allow for sustainable development. This hasn’t changed since the days of primary school and is ever relevant in the continued building of our organisation.

What has made this year such a success is the unwavering support of our staff, partners, and customers. Thanking these individuals is the first step, though I do hope they recognise they are integral in all so many ways.

Achievements have been many with KINSHIP digital listed as an approved supplier for the Western Australian Government under the Common Use Arrangement for ICT Services 2021, further expanding our partnership with the Australian Federal Government and complimenting agreements with the Department of Defence, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Veterans’ Affairs and CSIRO.

With the team leaning on each other for support during the pandemic, KINSHIP digital has grown stronger and has continued to evolve and adapt to a contemporary way of operation. Despite the challenges from the pandemic, we welcomed new faces to the KINSHIP digital team in New South Wales, Canberra, Western Australia and New Zealand across all areas of the business including Account Management, Sales, Analytics, Delivery and Marketing. Alex Harper, General Manager Canberra and I have also relocated to Canberra to further support our efforts with the Australian Federal Government.

As we sign off on the year that was, I welcome the many opportunities 2022 will bring. KINSHIP digital will be kick starting the year by co-exhibiting with Sprinklr at the upcoming Technology In Government Event 2022 at the Canberra Convention Centre on the 9th and 10th February. If you are attending this event, be sure to say hello to the team and I at booth #171.

As we start to welcome the reopening of borders I look forward to the return of face-to-face meetings, team collaborations, networking, and events. I welcome you to take a look at a recent blog by KINSHIP digital’s, Jessica Thurtell on The Prospect of International Travel and how Australians feel about travelling again. For those who will be taking advantage of these easing border restrictions, I wish you a safe journey as you reunite with your loved ones. May it be a time of togetherness and joy.

I wish you all a wonderful and safe holiday break and I look forward to working with you all in 2022.
