My First Three Weeks @KINSHIPdigital
Starting a new job is always daunting. Will I like my new team? Will they like me? Will I enjoy the work? So much is unknown but as the common saying goes, “You will never know until you try it”.
Only 3 weeks into my new role as Solutions Consultant at KINSHIP digital and the experience so far has been nothing but amazing. Even though it’s only been a short time, I feel like I’ve always been a part of the team and my initial fears are nothing but a distant memory. The team has been friendly, accommodating and willing to stop what they’re doing to help me get up and running as quickly as possible. All training is available and I feel equipped to take on this new challenge head on.
I already have a sense of achievement accomplishing so much in 3 weeks, including:
Sprinklr training
Setting up Listening Explorer dashboards in Sprinklr
Assisting the sales team on Sprinklr projects
Managing general support enquires
Participating in client calls
The company culture at KINSHIP is one of the many reasons why I joined the team. When they work, they work hard but they also take the time to have fun and enjoy each others company. From team lunches to birthday cake celebrations and ping pong games on the office balcony (nothing like some healthy competition), KINSHIP encompasses everything Work-Life-Balance stands for and more.
The team is all about open communication and brainstorming sessions to bounce ideas around. Management is always encouraging the team to express their opinion and as a new starter I already have a voice. At KINSHIP you’re not a headcount, you’re a family member. I’m so happy to have been accepted into the KINSHIP family and I’m excited for the future including the upcoming Christmas cocktail-making course!
