InsideView is a US based company who, since 2005, deliver up-to-theminute sales contact and intelligence they glean from social media and traditional editorial sources. In fact, KINSHIP digital recommends and distributes InsideView’s social selling/intelligence solution – SalesView. KINSHIP digital was delighted to be asked to assist Koka Sexton, InsideView’s Social Media Strategist, in overcoming some key social intelligence challenges of their own.
InsideView were already using a monitoring solution, however they were questioning the value it delivered to the business. After a full review of InsideView’s current monitoring software and requirements, KINSHIP digital configured a test Sysomos Heartbeat account using InsideView’s own live data, so they could demonstrate the value of the tool. KINSHIP digital’s solution immediately enabled InsideView to identify influencers and monitor social mentions of their brand, a list of twitter handles, as well as certain keywords on social media, blogs and other sources. KINSHIP digital also demonstrated how the tool performed ad-hoc searches, giving them much greater flexibility in their intelligence gathering. Once set-up KINSHIP digital was able to interpret the results and refine the recommended search queries and tags so they could specify what InsideView needed to continue to monitor, where to find it and how to make the entire process as efficient as possible.
