Customer First Digital Transformation

We have seen a significant amount of change in the digital workplace of the past 5 yrs. Change that has brought opportunities and threats to our respective organisations. Digital transformation is costly and complex. It is not an easy journey. It requires commitment to reimagine business models, build new strategic alliances and develop an engaged digital workforce.

The KINSHIP team is motivated to ensure we continue to deliver value based outcomes to our clients.

We as a strategic partner and vendor to our clients also need to ensure we are positioning ourselves to reimagine our business model and how best we structure ourselves to support our clients – not only today, but into the future. We need to ask of ourselves are we ready to aid our clients in capturing the benefits of disruption into the future. Our latest partnership with JeffreyM and strategic relationship with Sprinklr attest to this innovation.

With the embracing of the future and positioning of KINSHIP as a partner today and tomorrow for our clients the KINSHIP board [led by myself] has appointed Caitlin as CEO of KINSHIP as of March 2018. We see this as a strategic & progressive move positioning our company for the next decade. I have worked closely with Caitlin [as Chairman] to ensure a smooth transition and no impact to our clients. We will also see new appointments to our board that will strengthen our company into the future.

We look forward to working with our clients understand and deliver the opportunities digital [transformation] presents, so that they can connect and communicate with customers in a unique way.
