On a country-by-country and APJ basis, KINSHIP digital’s solution enabled Client to identify key influencers, sentiment, share of mentions, and industry and product conversations taking place. KINSHIP digital was also able to monitor and report on the digital and social results of events and marketing campaigns.
The KINSHIP digital service includes the monitoring of 160,000 monthly conversations and applying them to the Client’s business processes of online reputation management, customer support, social sales, influencer engagement, and product or event insights. The reporting varies from instantaneous to monthly insights, depending on the Client business unit needs.
The Monthly Social Media Monitoring Reports now provide actionable insights into short-term (or real-time) movements and longer-term trends of Client’s brand and their competitors, enabling Client to:
